Tasks to be done:

Before Program

• Communication with coordinators prior to application
• A project proposal needs to be written on Phabricator

• Define mentor team

• A space for communication needs to be set up
  • The community Scribe Matrix space has been made
• Check communications during the application period

• From February 22nd: communication with potential candidates
  • Video calls
  • Emails
  • Answering questions they have
• March 20th - April 4th: review proposals on Phabricator and give feedback
• April 4th - 26th: candidate selection process (April 27th - May 2nd on Google's end)
• May 4th - 28th: Community Bonding Period

During Program (May 29th - Aug 28th)

• Set up project goals with mentee
  • MVP
  • Mid term goals
  • Late stage goals
• Set up work schedule with mentee
• July 10th - 14th: first evaluation period
• Documentation of work to be done after the program
• Adding articles and media on Scribe to the articles and presentations on Scribe
• Submit project evaluations to organization admins (Aug 28th - Sept 4th)

After Program

• Share project results with mailing lists, social media, etc
• Share lessons learned and ideas for improving outreach program
  • A call for new mentors at the start
  • A checklist with important dates
• Plan next steps for participation with mentee
