Create external (non-homebrew) Qt5 condition #18

Add a condition that:

  • disables qt5 homebrew from the dependency list
  • Passes a cmake arg -DQT_PREFIX=~/Qt/5.x/clang_64 to use a local non-homebrew build of Qt5
