Add permission to allow only requesting 1 season at a time

Description

Some of my users like requesting all seasons of a show and then proceed to watch only the first few episodes.
I'd like to have more control over if users can request multiple seasons, or just one.

Desired Behavior

I want to add a permission "Request multiple seasons at once", if enabled it will show the overview as it currently stands.
If this is disabled, you can only select 1 season at a time. See mockup below:

Additional Context

I'm planning on making this feature myself, just looking to get some feedback first.

This would be nice, real nice! Currently, the "way around" for me has been to limit the number of requests, which forces my family members to be polite with their requests. 😇
