There are multiple ways of hosting FiveM servers, they do it legally. Most hosts simply sell it but Bisect is one of the few that follow the ridiculus regulations from the squattors who took it.

I looked into it further, and from what they mentioned, Zap Hosting isn’t actually the only permitted provider in FiveM’s Terms of Service. Since the TOS is what ultimately matters, it seems like this restriction doesn’t officially exist. Interesting.
