It looks like the hospitalization data from chhs does not differentiate San Quentin inmates. Scroll down to "Daily Census of COVID-19 Patients in Marin County Hospitals Over Time: Marin County Community Residents & San Quentin Inmates" on the marinhhs dashboard page. July 27 from marin hhs shows 18 total hospitalized, 7 total ICU. July 28 from chhs shows 23 total hospitalized, 7 total icu. Here's 7/28/20 from CHHS:
