Describe the bug
The COVID deaths graph displays negative numbers

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Stats tab
  2. Scroll down to Show Data For: county selector
  3. Select Contra Costa County
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Graphs tallying count should not display negative numbers range

Could be an original data source issue. Need to check.

It appears that Santa Clara and Contra Costa Counties both reported negative deaths at some point
