@tRavAsty @springlabs @covalent-hq @ml31415 and @kyokley are all active maintainers of their fork, is it possible to give them power over the repo?

@DonaldTsang, thanks for the consideration. I'm probably not the best choice to take over though since I only toyed around in my fork a little bit.

Same here.

Although it is about 2 years since I last updated my forked project, I would like to participate in the maintainance of the repo if applicable.

@tRavAsty bless those who do good works.
For now @kyokley @ml31415 do you agree on his decision?

Who is the boss that owns this repo anyway?

@shea256 please release this to someone else so it can be updated
Also to everyone here is it possible to combine all out changes into one single repo for easy updates?

Hey everyone, thanks for suggesting this.

I’m actually no longer at Blockstack PBC so I do not have the ability to transfer control of this repo.

However, I would support either of one of these scenarios: (a) Blockstack engineers step up to maintain this and handle PRs (b) another group takes up the mantle.

It very well may be the case that this is not as much of a priority for Blockstack anymore, which I totally understand. So I could see everyone coming to a good solution here.

The key would be to find people interested in being the core maintainers. Are there any in this thread?

@shea256 please refer to @tRavAsty since he has decided to help the situation regarding maintaining the community fork of the software.

Hey folks, updating y'all on this thread.

Since we last spoke, Blockstack was kind enough to transfer the repository over to me.

I am now excited to be able to add maintainers to the project.

@tRavAsty would you still like to be a maintainer?

I'm tagging @elaine-spring as well as she maintains the PyPI package. Elaine let me know if you're interested.

Last, tagging @mflaxman who has long been a user and advocate of secret-sharing. Michael let me know if you'd like to be a maintainer as well.

Y'all haven't responded yet but in the meantime you're now all collaborators on the repository.
