As mentioned in class, we recommend implementing this using D3.js. The department have purchased an instruction video for you guys to go through as reference. It is called “An Introduction to d3.js: From Scattered to Scatterplot” and it comes with its own Github Repo the whole video is two and a half hours, it should be enough to get you rolling.
