Can you please share if there are any plans to publish an OpenCvSharp NuGet package that is free of royalties’ obligations?
Specifically, without ffmpeg nor the "no-free" algorithms etc.

Could you please confirm if you are willing to accept a code contribution that handles the publishing of a royalty-free package? I’m sure there are other users who would find it beneficial.

I appreciate your offer and understand the need for royalty-free packages. However, I am not so keen on the plan as it would double the number of NuGet packages which I would have to maintain.
These days I often use OpenCvSharp inside a Docker container and end up writing OpenCV setup code in the Dockerfile. So my interest in the native binding NuGet packages has been declining.

I understand the additional maintenance burden. However, would it be feasible to offer just the OpenCvSharp4 core package in a royalty-free version, such as OpenCvSharp4.RoyaltyFree? This could potentially meet the needs of users looking for a royalty-free option without significantly increasing the number of packages to maintain.
