Theme leaves panel icons off

Hello, I'm not sure if it is a lack for lack of dependency but this theme in Debian stable (current buster) this theme leaves the panel icons erased.

Just a few questions:

1. Which version of Greybird is that and which icon set?
2. Which version of xfce4-panel are you using? Are you using Dark mode in addition to using a dark theme?
3. Does it also happen with other combinations of icon themes / Gtk themes?

Without having the information ochosi asked for, I have a similar problem of panel icons not being shown, but as far as I've analyzed it, it's not a theme problem (I would wild guess xfce4-panel instead).
