v0.12.0 - Release status update

• Core components have "draft" releases for v0.12.0 - proposal/idea to take these out of draft state.
• Blog post: need volunteers? Shipwright maintainer role/expertise not required.
• Long term discussion idea - how can we coordinate testing of all components together?
• Long term discussion idea - potentially letting components have independent versioning.
• @HeavyWombat: Patch releases now that we advertise ourselves as "beta". Likely will draft a SHIP so we have common standards/practices. @adambkaplan: Linux Foundation/CNCF might have maintainer resources on this topic for reference.

Question about shipwright.io domain registration - @adambkaplan to double check who "owns"/pays for that.
