links on dropdown menu

I am trying Web Awesome, and I think it is Awesome ! But I have a question on how to do somehting.

I have a wa-dropdown with wa-menu. It renders nice. However I would like to have wa-menu-item to act like a link.

I could do it with some JS but I don't think it is pretty. I would prefer something like having a href on the menu item

There's an old discussion here about it here. I just dont think we ever got around to an implementation, but it is on our radar.

thanks for your link ; i do understand there's pro and cons about adding the href on menu-item.

What I want to achieve is a drop down from the user picture to display the menu for specific action on the logged user (it is not my main nav).

Adding a link inside is quite strange because it does cover the whole menu item. I would prefer a onclick listener with a data-url attribute on the menu-item may be.

With the current implementation, what will be you recommendation ? May be I should not use a drop-down...
