[TreeView] Tab to double-^ button and Enter doesn't return to top of tree

Describe the bug

When you open the semantic domain Tree View (e.g., in Data Entry), you can use Tab to shift focus between different elements. If you click the double-^ icon, it returns to the top of the tree. But if you tab to it and press Enter, then the current domain is selected.

Expected behavior

Pressing Enter when a button is in focus should do the same as clicking the button.
