SayMore does not open

Dear all,

I used to use Saymore on a computer, but it's been a while that I did so. Now, I try to launch it, it does not open. Nothing appears neither. I do not know what to do. Could you please help me to fix that?

Not a lot of information to go on here. Not sure which version of SayMore, nor what operating system you are using, etc. It's possible that you can resolve this by restarting your computer and trying again.
However, I would recommend that you remove SayMore (using Add or Remove Programs), download the latest version, and reinstall it. (Please note the system requirements listed on that page and make sure your computer meets them.) This will not remove any of your existing SayMore data.
For future reference, I would recommend that you look for support on our community site, as this will give you access to other community members who may be able to help you with problems.

Look inside %localappdata%\SIL and delete the SayMore folder there. A file within that has likely got filled with junk which then causes SayMore to silently fail.
