This might be a bit of CWP specific confusion around the roles of "Deployment Manager" vs. "Instance Manager" etc, but in general it would be good to know who you're waiting on for a deployment, and which channel they have received a notification on.

Also, even the hover text doesn't really make it clear what's happening here. We should clarify that its only allowing certain people to hit the "deploy" button, and clicking the "approve" button won't actually push any code live.
