this might very well be the bug report of the year by a ss team member :P
or actually last year.

anyway, I just ran the unit test of the master branch and see nothing but green (I had to install php-tidy though)

I think we can close this issue

Either the module needs to declare its dependency on 'cms', or make those dependencies optional in the logic

I have the CMS installed, therefore the tests worked for me
