If i created addresses in protonpass, but i am using those in Simplelogin, what service's ToS is realted to those?
Does this change if i disconnect that proton account?
Does this change if that proton account gets deleted while the SL still connected? Does this differ if it is unconnected before the prton's deletion?
Does it matter if those are premium-plan domains there?
I am asking this because on reddit i saw proton-member confirming a question about protonpass downgrade, stating (not direct quote) "yes, free plan only allows 10 hide-my-aliases after downgrade, any more will be disabled after a month", while i am not able to find any statement on proton's page about "hide-my-aliases life" after downgrade, while on simplelogin's there is it in the Q&A, and in the ToS.
Also because i had a premium plan on proton, i cancelled it, it stated to me, after the renewl date, it will downgrade to the free plan... all good, i thought... Then they upgraded me to an other plan (after i cancelled, before the billing cycle), what cancelled my cancellation, and now i have an invoice what i did not wanted.
If i check the help article about it, it mentions downgrades in 14 day, and account locking after 30. Asking about it support on the first return-message only mentioned the 14 days...
All what matters to me is the undisturbed access to the email-relay functionality (years to come). I just want to know about SL's rule-set about the background workings of it.
(Bonus question: does the supports overlap? Or just the SL based functionality questions relayed to the SL-support?)
I ask all here just be the colsest to the source of the product what i really care! (thanks for it, again!)
