Description
API ECS의 resource 정책을 수정했습니다.
일단, task의 cpu를 soft limit으로 설정해서, container들의 cpu 리소스를 공유할 수 있도록 설정했습니다.
추가적으로 EC2 instance 1개 당 2개의 Task만 생성될 수 있도록 리소스를 제한했습니다
