From looking at the source code, seems to me that the way things are set up in framesets, that it should be straightforward to use the frameset matrix to convert l, b to ra, dec --- yes?
What I'm trying to do is somewhat simple: create a set of (ra, dec) points across the galactic equator so that I can use that in map I'm generating. (Meeus' algorithm for that requires converting to B1950 then back again - ugh; though I suppose if I want to add constellation boundaries on maps, I have the same issue having to go from 1875 coordinates to 2000).
Anyway, if anyone has a good way to do this from within Skyfield that'd be great (less reinventing the wheel).
