Add partner information to About Page

Add partner information on the About Page to "increase legitimacy" of Expunge.io.

Organizations to add (in no particular order): Mikva Challenge Juvenile Justice Council, LAF, Cabrini Green Legal Aid, Cook County, Smart Chicago.

"Partners" would be the heading. Heading 2 would be the organization name with a brief description and their involvement on the website. On the right-hand side would be their logo.
I am open to format but here is an idea from other Smart Chicago project that I feel like is nicely organized: http://chicagoearlylearning.org/about
