Requet for more detail of the efficient unet architecture

I have try to implement the efficient unet follows the paper Table.3，but my efficient unet is 767M that is not consistent to 848M。In addition, can you provide more detail about the mid stage, such as the resnets blocks 7->4，the 7 resnets blocks are not the same，the first 4 blocks are 31M, and the latest 3 are 49M。So, which 3 blocks are reduced。
