After completing creation of Vagrant VM, login fails

Ganesh started a Usergrid 2 VM but the login failed.

I'm not sure why the startup failed for Ganesh (and for me), but I was able to get a successful startup by removing some components that are no longer necessary because the scripts no longer use Git, Maven and Node to build Usergrid stack & portal. I just pushed my changes.

On a 2013 MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM, I was able to startup Usergrid VM in 4.5 minutes.
