Change logging to use stdout

@ninjabear - I noticed Factotum creates .factotum directory with factotum.log in it in the location from which you run the Factotum and not where the actual executable is located. That results in "polluting" filesystem with lots of factotum logs. I think it's more reasonable to have one logfile and in one location (where the executable is).
