Stop recording restarts when switching between v3 and Mini

Need to find the cause.

Edit: Ok, It's actually by design. Entering foreground makes the app become the active recorder. Which is fine and correct. But the way that an app becomes active recorder is by starting recording.

That's kind of annoying, when switching between apps, but not a fatal flaw. The flaw I'm seeing though is that the switching sometimes triggers the creation of a new current item, instead of continuing the existing one when it should be continued. Which suggests there's still some state sync issues with AppGroup.

Need to dig deeper...
