Issue/Feature Description:
When trying to install SODA on Ubuntu 20.04 it fails with errors thrown due to incorrect syntax in ansible scripts and Python2 support being deprecated in Ubuntu20.04

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
Ubuntu 20.04 is the latest LTS release of Ubuntu and will become the most common distribution of Ubuntu used in time.
As was the case with Ubuntu 16.04, the support for Ubuntu 18.04 may end and this will cause issues later on.

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:

The support for Ubuntu 20.04 has been provided using the [sodafoundation:ubuntu2004-experimental](https://github.com/sodafoundation/installer/tree/ubuntu2004-experimental) as of the Lamu release.
This needs to be merged to the main branch. There are some changes that will affect the current installation process on Ubuntu18.04. These need to be rectified and the support for both the OS and upcoming releases needs to be added.
