`/users/me`をグローバルで持つ #396

/users/meは9箇所で呼び出されているがグローバルで持たれていないのでコンポーネントが表示される毎にフェッチされてしまう。
/users/meをJotaiなどで管理することでグローバルで状態を共有したい
