Crash While Logging In

Describe the bug
When logging in, the screen moves to "Verifying Signing Certificates," where it then crashes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log out
2. Log back in
3. Wait until "Verifying Signing Certificates" appears
4. Experience crash

Expected behavior
Expected to log in like normal.

Additional context
I'm from the US, and signed in there originally.
I'm in India right now and logged out and back in, in hopes of fixing and issue related to background power usage.
It may be that it needs verification because of logging in from a different country
