Introduction

The Policy Manager is the entity of the service platform responsible for runtime policies enforcement over the deployed network services. It consists of a set of components supporting the formulation of the policies and their enforcement, including the interfaces for interaction with the 5GTANGO monitoring framework,the message broker for publication and consumption of monitoring data, alerts and suggested actions, the catalogue and repository databases,the gatekeeper and the MANO orchestration mechanisms.
