plugin doesnt show on 30.1.2

i reinstalled the plugin multiple times and even tried extracting manually and it wont show in the dock menu. Im not sure if Portable Mode is the reason or not but all my other plugins work just fine with it

I haven't tried the portable mode.

maybe extract the zip archive into obs's directory helps.

so i did test it just now on non portable and it works but on portable it doesnt show at all. Is there a way to enable it for portable?

I need to install the older version (0.2.8.2) of RMTP to get it working. However, the issue is that after restarting or opening OBS, it appears floating in the upper left corner.

Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.
