IDENTITIES PAGE LAYOUT:
This is for the redesign of the overall layout of the identities page. This should be completed after the IDENTITY FORM and IDENTITIES TABLE redesign tickets have been completed.

This header will be used on different pages. Creating a new page-header component (that has space for additional elements that are right-aligned) would be great for this.
