Changing the name of the migration after runing the script

Firstly, thank you a lot @freekmurze for this awesome skeleton package, it saves a lot of times.

I notice when the package get generated the new names of the package, the name of the migration file won't change [still create_skeleton_table] and the name of the table replaced with dashes - instead of underscores _ when trying to replace the spaces.

Can you change it in the later versions of the skeleton package if possible? Because it will be a great addition.

PS: I can't find the part when the change happens to the file name (I don't know it properly). I can do a PR to the repo if there are any hints on how to do it.
