Should not be able to delete Tectonic Unit Root Node

Describe the bug
The Root node of Tectonic Trees can be deleted.

To Reproduce
NOTE: you cannot add back the root node after deleting it.

1. Go to Tectonic Trees (https://kupaleobot20240606-production.test.specifysystems.org/specify/tree/tectonicunit/?conformation=%7E-)
2. Click on the Root node
3. Click the trashcan icon on the top right corner then hit Delete
4. Click on the Root node again and see a 404 error
5. Refresh to see the tree is now empty

Expected behavior
Should not be able to delete the root node at all.
