"Incertae sedis" and it's children are ignorred if it's the leaf node #10

In cases like this where the leaf node is "Incertae sedis", that node and all of it's children are ignored

Replicated in col tool. Probably happens for others too

the bug is going to be tricky to fix because of the way the code was written

but there is a simple workaround:
display the tree down to Family or Genus instead of Order

See #10. This is not a fix, but a workaround that should work
until you need to select a family that is "Incertae sedis"
