Canary: docs don't cover using Azure storage with Kayenta

Kayenta + Azure Storage and Kayenta + Azure Devops

"... want to use Azure Storage as the place where I store the data for Kayenta... It's totally possible to do that but... the hal config canary command does not have Azure listed and the [canary] docs don't cover it."
