Write an adapter that lets people run dbt models against Seafowl: https://docs.getdbt.com/guides/advanced/adapter-development/1-what-are-adapters#what-needs-to-be-adapted

(probably two parts, a seafowl-client Python package + a dbt-seafowl adapter that uses it).
