Copious World
History
Some years ago, I named my company Copious Systems. It has been in existence nearby technical centers, e.g. near the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, not far form JPL in Pasadena, Ca., in Sonoma County not far from San Francisco and San Jose.
Copious Systems has always been a small (individual proprietor) provider of software development services.
What we are making
Our aim is to build a set of tools on top of decentralized infrastructure which allow creatives and innovators to identify and own their intellectual property from inception to publication and beyond.
This repository provides code that people can use to create node.js based CMSs using P2P technology, such as IPFS. The projects move in the direction of AI and Blockchain applications. Current projects make use of Svelte for web page interfaces. The projects are now relying on the crypto.subtle libraries for browsers and within node.js. Some of the work addresses areas such as: identity management, instant proof of digital asset ownership, digital rights and payment, composition of assets in to groups and group to machine assignment, etc.
Keeping a small footprint: Projects such as shm-typed-lru demonstrate a use of C++ within Linux (POSIX) contexts targeted at Linux capable devices such as ZeroPI's or PI0 or PocketBeagles. Signs of Progress: Projects such as interplanetary_contact demonstrate techniques for establishing identity on small embedded computers running P2P services.
Technical Experience
The Copious Systems work has ranged from real-time embedded applications (IoT) to educational multimedia titles to AI systems as well as common business applications. The languages used have been C++, JavaScript, Python, LISP, Delphi Pascal, Java, PHP, SQL, etc. Among the projects have been cryptographic applications, servers, and novel AI systems. One AI system, written in C++ and modified CLIPS made simple movies or presentations when given suggestions and was an example of symbolic evolutionary computation. Other background areas have included, DSP 1D and 2D, some optics, coursework in robotic manipulation, CUDA, music mixing and mastering, machine learning, etc.
Copious World is needing sponsorship:
The sole source of income for Copious World is software development.
Copious World needs more developers. There are plenty of tasks requiring an array of interests.
