Spyder 6.0 rc2 release

This is an issue to track comments, questions, pending things, and general changes regarding dependencies done for the Spyder 6 rc2 release.

New/updated dependencies:

• spyder-kernels >= 3.0.0b9 - (pending release: https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder-kernels/milestone/72)

Other pending things:

• Sync logic for completion interpreter update when changing current console: PR: Add statusbar widget to display the env info associated to the current console (IPython console) #22350 (comment) and PR: Sync the IPython console current env with the one used in the Editor for completions #22364
• Changes for remote client plugin server related commands: PR: Update spyder-remote-services installation script (Remote client) #22368
• Fix splash screen bug on Windows: PR: Limit sphinx version to <7.4.0 to prevent bug with splash screen on Windows #22370
• Any other element over milestone: https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/milestone/147

Spyder-kernels 3.0b9 is both in Conda-forge and PyPI: conda-forge/spyder-kernels-feedstock#108

So, the only thing missing is PR #22364, which should be ready in a couple of hours.

We also need to include PR #22368, which is going to fix the Remote client plugin due to some changes in the server.
