adding a button "reset values" in the form component

if i'm filtering a dataset using the form component:

I would like a button to not only clear the fields as it already exists (the top level parameter: "reset"), but to actually clear the values, so if i click this button, rather than having the filter on Aix en provence as in my example, it would display all the cities.
I currently added a button "clear filter" that links to the page without the get values in the url (basically redirecting to index.sql) to do this
