[Feature]Adding *required/mandetory field to fill *message in (Update profile)

Adding restrictions in forms is very imp when website uses users email which can be penetrated so,adding user id and password must be considered.So adding mandetory/req. msg is imp so that user fill all the text boxes before updating profile.
If this feature req. do assign under GSSOC 2023.
