This should be one of the final changes to avoid having to re-run multiple times if further revisions/batch edits are made.

Script written, and should work as stand-alone: https://github.com/srophe/wright-catalogue/blob/master/drivers/update-mss-xml-ids.xq

check that the script updates properly and does work on all of the locations (msItem, handNote, decoNote, additions items)
Verify that no changes are made in other parts of the file by this script (e..g, doesn't appear to return a seriesStmt which we now have)
