Login Issues with self-hosted backend

Login Issues with self-hosted backend
I run a self-hosted standard note backend and use the Standard Notes Web portal for my front-end (https://app.standardnotes.com/) about 4 months ago, I had issues login into the Standard Notes front-end and received an error (please see the link below for an image) I was wondering if anyone would have any thoughts as to why this might be the case? I am able to login into the desktop and mobile app without issue, only the web. I thank anyone that is able to assist me on this!
