Hi,
I'm trying to get the descriptive morphometric features for all the nuclei that are classified using HoVerNet to perform additional analyses. I have JSON files as outputs for that method and I'm confused about if I can use your function derive_shape_factor_matlb.py for this purpose and if it would work with JSON file as an output.
