bitcoin amount on startupmooc not updated

Hi,

We are at the project of web.routzi.com. I verified it is linked to my coinbase account at My Team dashboard. But the amount of preorder shown at startupmooc is 0 BTC with one order. The actual balance I have in coinbase is 0.01 BTC for that one order. Please check if it is a bug.

@lcheng61 could you check if your coinbase account is still linked to leaderboard? sometimes it gets unlinked in error when coinbase goes down. also check that you have linked to the correct coinbase account - if you have another window open in yet other coinbase account, you might accidentally have linked to that account instead.

also make sure you don't take that 0.01BTC out of your coinbase account, we do not count bitcoin that has been taken out of the account even if you had received orders for that. (eg. balance = min(balance in account, sum of orders)

Thanks for the info. I just found my bitcoin purchase is still in "pending"
status. That caused my coinbase balance "zero". So balance = min(balance in
account, sum of orders)=0 for me.

I will check it on Monday once my purchase transaction is finalized.

Yes, I just noticed that the Coinbase account BTC payment updates are not pulling through to the Leaderboard. These are both confirmed transactions on the Bitcoin Blockchain AND the Coinbase system. Can this be resolved prior to freezing the Leaderboard? Otherwise yet another issue of inequity.

Example: Dashboard (my bitstarter project) only shows 2.34 USD on Leaderboard despite Coinbase Current Balance showing:
0.06693 BTC ≈ 7.88 USD

BTW, it is my first time purchasing bitcoin. Does it always take a few days
to finish the transaction on Coinbase ? The order was placed on 9/7.
