Only AMB as BEST output

Hi,
I ran demuxlet on four samples obtained from a mix of 11 donors. I am trying to assign the donor to each cell in the scRNA-seq. However, almost all barcodes in the resulting table have AMB flag.

What could be the problem here? Maybe the variants are not informative enough to distinguish between donors?
