Slows down website

I could not figure out why, but have this module installed makes dev/build and normal pages much slower.

It looks like the caching method does not work at all..

I don't know either, I didn't originally write this. 😄

I think its probably a caching issue as well, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

Did you have any traits? Just came across an issue with a new site without any traits. It regenerates the manifest every request as it uses empty to check. As there aren't any traits, it will always be empty.

isset might be bettter?
