required for webinar at https://gdc.cancer.gov/content/sequence-reads-analysis-gdc-20-exploring-sequence-reads-and-bam-slicing-tools

demo mode can be enabled by feature toggle. when true, on submitting from bam selection ui, launch a hardcoded non-gdc bam
