Babel can't parse Regex with Storybook: 7.5.3

Any help or guidance here is much appreciated!

I'm seeing the 3 errors below when doing yarn storybook. It seems that babel can't load the regex for some reason.

My storybook and storybook add-ons are at 7.5.3

My babel/core is at "@babel/core": "^7.23.3"

And here is my loader for .mjs file in my webpack config.

This is very likely a duplicate of #24591. Please make sure to update your lock file to have the latest version of acorn installed. The affected versions of acorn were 8.11.0 and 8.11.1
