Romanian language support request

I was wondering whether it is possible to add support for the Romanian language as well?

The instructions are still in progress in https://github.com/streetsidesoftware/cspell-dicts/blob/main/docs/creating-dictionaries.md, but in the past I'd use https://github.com/streetsidesoftware/cspell-dicts/tree/main/generator-cspell-dicts to create the scaffold project. You'd probably need to find a Hunspell compatible dictionary source and confirm the license could be used here.
