Microsoft Edge Support

Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 Build 14393 and higher support extensions with an API very similar to chrome. Stylish should add support for it as it is quite a nice browser with unique features.

Looks like this will have to be in a new repo like 'stylish-edge' may be? because i just started working on this and the initial step of converting chrome extension to edge's using the edge extension toolkit completely rewrites the manifest.json
