Fail to Display Bookmark in a Certain File

Hi devs,

Just find that SumatraPDF could not show the bookmarks for a pdf, but Adobe Acrobat and Chrome could (Please see attached images).

I've been using SumatraPDF for many years and it works perfectly for me, love it!
Small issue, but I just want to let you know.

Hmm think similar was mentioned before the file has problems however once fixed NEWER SumatraPDF does not see outline but 3.1.2 - 3.5.2 and other viewers do.

Indeed, this type of documentation works fine under 3.5.2, forcing me to go back to 3.5.2. Even if it's a document problem, I don't bother fixing documents because I prefer click-and-go.

Since it's an issue with the file, I think it would better to leave it like this.

I've opened https://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=707846
If mupdf fixes it, we'll inherit the fix.
